In order to ensure that no forward voltage is exceeded, a forward voltage of 12000 µA monitoring system should be used.In the case of 1.8V forward voltage, the device will operate.260 A is the maximum output voltage array can support.As soon as residual stored charge switches directions, the forward current's maximum reverse recovery time is 0.45 µs.
