In the package, you will find a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad-case to contain the op amp ic. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Amplifier ICs device, to be precise. The op amp ic has an array of 8 pins on it.
