MCP6402T-E/SN Description


The Microchip Technology Inc. MCP6402T-E/SN operational amplifier (op amps) has a low quiescent current (45 µA, typical) and rail-to-rail input and output operation. This family is unity gain stable and has a gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz (typical). The MCP6402T-E/SN operates with a power supply voltage of 1.8V to 6.0V. These features make the op amps well-suited for single-supply, battery-powered applications. The MCP6402T-E/SN is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process and offered in single, dual, and quad packages
