MCP1501T-45E/CHY Overview
A handy SOT-23-6 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Reel package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).Applications with 20 mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.7V ~ 5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 4.5V.The supply current is 205 nA.During operation, it uses a current of 550µA as its supply current.From the - series, it's a gadget.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is SOT-23-6.
