MCIMX6QP6AVT8ABR Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 624-FBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In the CPU, there are 4 Core 32-Bit cores and 4 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TJ. i.MX6QP is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A9 processor. It has DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2 RAM controllers. A CAN, EBI/EMI, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD/SDIO, SAI, SPI, SSI, S/PDIF, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 2.5V 2.8V 3.3V.
