MC74ACT05N Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. As a result, it works on the principle of Inverter. The part must have a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. Through Hole is the mounting position of the part. In the low and high states of output current, the current is - 24mA. This is part of the 74ACT series. In total, there are 14 terminations. 6 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. The chip is part of the ACT family. Use 74ACT05 to search for device variants.
