MB4S Overview
The forward voltage of this device is 500mA.If the reverse voltage is 400V, rectifier is acceptable.Based on MB4, there are a number of related parts.The component is available as a TO-269AA, 4-BESOP package.Reverse leakage current should be monitored, and it shouldn't exceed 5μA.A Surface Mount mounting method is used for the device.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ.Ensure that surge current does not exceed 35A.This electronic or electrical device generates heat (energy loss or waste) as a by-product of its primary action.Using a reverse voltage of 5μA, this device can be powered.The 500mA output current provides maximum design flexibility.
