MAX6837FXSD1+T Overview


A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. Manage ics operate at 1.2V supply voltages. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 550mV. There should be no more than 3.6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 16μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6837, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
