MAX6023EBT45+T Overview
This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 5.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.2% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 4.5V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 5.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 5 has its pins 5 settled.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 500μA in this case.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 4.5V.The maximum input voltage for this part is 13.5V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 5V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 4.7V must be provided.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.At idle, the part uses 35μA.A supply current of 35μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.During testing, the voltage reference circuit's normaloutput current was measured at 500μA .
