The RF amplifier is a cost-effective NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type Galileo, GLONASS, GPS RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 6-WFBGA, WLBGA.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 1.6V~3.3V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 4.1mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.6 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
