In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad.The current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount, Wettable Flank.In order to maintain a safe operating environment, the temperature cannot exceed -40°C ~ 125°C.As far as input voltage goes, current regulator supports the value of 3V ~ 15V.The output current of 600mA makes it a very flexible power converter when it comes to design.There are FPGAs of this type in the - series.
