MAX15118EWI+T Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 28 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 28-WFBGA, WLBGA package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 18A output current of voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V for operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the MAX15118 family is represented. A voltage of 5.17V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 28 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 600mV volts. With a maximum output voltage of 5.17V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
