MAX14850ASE+T Description
The MAX14850 is a six-channel digital isolator that uses the exclusive process technology from Maxim. Its monolithic architecture enables a small-footprint and inexpensive transfer of digital data between circuits with various power domains. Low power consumption and reliable high-temperature performance are made possible by the technology. Two of the four channels are capable of transmitting data across the isolation barrier in each direction, and the four unidirectional channels can each transmit data at rates of up to 50Mbps (DC). The two open-drain bidirectional channels can each handle data speeds of up to 2 Mbps and are bidirectional.
