This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND HIGH POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.GPS RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 3V~5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 30.2mA range.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
