The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in TO-243AA.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3V~5V voltage capabilities can be used.For its operation, 50mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
