MA300GQ-Z Overview
The linear position measuring sensors are put into 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages to protect the devices from damage. This electronic component is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C to make sure the angle position measuring sensors perform normally. But the operating temperature of angle position measuring sensors cannot exceed 125°C. The supply voltage of the linear position measuring sensor cannot exceed 30V for safe protection.
