M51953AL#TF0J Overview
Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. Using Through Hole, IC management is mounted. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 2 V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 17 V volts in this PMIC. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -30 to 85 °C. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 680 uA. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 680 µA. Supervisors from the well-known * series product line are featured in this PMIC.
