A higher operating temperature is required to achieve stable operation.Moreover, this ceramic capacitor is characterized by a MIL-PRF-39014.Temperature coefficient of resistance consists of the change in electrical resistance of a substance with respect to each degree change in temperature, and it is 15% ppm/°C.There is no lead pitch on capacitors, and it is simply the distance (spacing) between adjacent threads.
