This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.802.11-c RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.In order to operate it, 440mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.
