LTR-526AD Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 150mW heat. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 85°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 30V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 30nA current.
