LTC7103RUHE-1#PBF Overview


optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving QFN-36 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 Output outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ). This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz ~ 2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.4V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2.3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 105V for this voltage regulator 12v. In terms of category, this voltage regulator 12v falls into the PMIC - Power Management ICs category. A voltage of 1 V to 105 V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. By using the 105V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
