Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a QFN EP case. An 16-pin op amp ic is included in the package. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 2.5mV. Keeping the voltage gain at 27dB is the best course of action. 1 channels are available on the instrumentation amplifier. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 85°C degrees.
