LT8315HFE#PBF Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 220Hz~140kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 18V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 800mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 560V. As a member of the LT8315 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator.
