Uses the handy SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).There are different types of functions that end with 6.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±0.05% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 3V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 6.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 6 has its pins 6 settled.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.Searching for "LT6654" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 3V when compared to its input voltage.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 3V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 3.5V must be provided.In most cases, the voltage reference circuit can supply voltage inputs of 3.5V~36V volts.At idle, the part uses 350μA.A supply current of 600μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.
