LT6654AMPS6-2.5#TRMPBF Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -55°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT6654".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.2.5V is its maximum output voltage.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 2.5V.It must be supplied with a voltage of 3V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3V~36V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 350μA is used.There is 600μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
