LP3855ES-5.0 Overview


The package is delivered in a Tube case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 5 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component.
