LM53603AMPWPT Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2.1MHz. Regulator 3.9V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.9V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 3A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 36V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 13.5V. LM53603 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 10V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 16 pins are required. A switching DC-DC regulator, it is a member of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs.
