LM5101AM Overview


A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number LM5101.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 3A that can be achieved.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 118V.The output current of this device can be set to 3A.In this case, the voltage is 118.3V.A part's quiescent current at 200μA is the amount of current consumed when it is not affected by external factors.A maximum voltage of 18.3V should be maintained for the output voltage.
