LM45CIM3X Overview
As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 3. The electronic part has 3 terminations. Sensors with analog inputs should have 120μA current flowing from the GND terminal. A sensor like this works if it is supplied with 120μA current.
