LM3502ITL-44/NOPB Overview
The 10-WFBGA, DSBGA package saves space on the board. These LED drivers have 2 outputs.The mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature and it works fine.The benefits are considerable for Backlight.For its operation, 10 terminations are designed.To form its configuration, there are 10 pins.The number of segments is 2.Surface Mount is mounted on it.A base part number of LM3502 is associated with this LED driver.As a maximum value, 5.5V is acceptable.The output voltage of this device is 44V.The minimum input voltage for this device is 2.5V.The system works with a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V in order to achieve maximum efficiency.5.5V is the maximum value of supply current that can be used.As long as the supply current is less than 3mA, this device can provide high efficiency.The load is capable of receiving 750mA current.Electronic components can function properly when their switching frequency is set to 1MHz.No external factors cause 1.9mA current to be consumed.
