LM317D2TXM Overview


The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-263-3, D2Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Adjustable. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates.
