LM25143RHAR Overview
The switching controller fits in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 3.5V ~ 42V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ) dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz ~ 2.2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series -. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 40-VQFN (6x6). When this switching controller is running at frequency 2.2 MHz, it can perform well in most cases.
