LM185BYH1.2-SMD Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-46 package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.2 terminations with various functions.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 1.223V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The voltage reference ic includes 2 pins.2 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.It is appropriate for Through Hole applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 20mA from the reference voltage.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 1.235V voltage at its maximum.It should operate with ambient temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.It can operate at temperatures as low as -55°C degrees Celsius.Outputs 1.235V voltage.The maximum in-accuracy the voltage reference circuit holds is 0.98%.
