LHF00L31 Overview
In this case, the memory type of the device can be classified as Non-Volatile. Case Tray is available. An embedded 48-TFSOP (0.724, 18.40mm Width) case surrounds memory ics. It is estimated that the memory size on the chip is 16Mb 1M x 16. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses FLASH-format memory. Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. With 2.7V~3.6V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type. The ic memory chip comes in a package with 48 pins that allows it to be connected to a computer. This chip uses Surface Mount mounting, a straightforward, high-efficiency method of mounting. It is rated 17mA for its nominal supply current when it comes to the memory component. In order for this device to function properly, its operating temperature must not be less than -40°C. The temperature should not exceed 85°C degrees Celsius. This memory ics should not be operated with a voltage below 2.7V volts at the minimum. There shall be a voltage limit of 3.6V for its operation. Using this memory chip, you will be able to process data at a speed of 70GHz times per second.
