LC4512C-10FT256I Overview
Currently, there are 512 macro cells, which are low-power cell sites (towers, antennas, masts) that serve as radio coverage.There is a 256-LBGA package containing it.There are 208 I/Os on the board.It is recommended that the chip be packaged by Tray.The device operates at a temperature of -40°C~105°C TJ in order to ensure its reliability.Ideally, the chip should be mounted by Surface Mount.The ispMACH® 4000C series FPGA is one of these types.In this chip, the 256 pins are programmed.The LC4512 can be used to identify its related parts.Optimal efficiency requires a supply voltage of 1.8V.For data storage, EEPROM is adopted.A Surface Mount is mounted on this electronic component.There are 256 pins on it.There is a maximum supply voltage of 1.95V when the device is operating.Normally, it operates with a voltage of 1.65VV as its minimum supply voltage.In total, there are 32 logic elements/blocks.This can be achieved at a frequency of 125MHz.In order to form a fundamental building block, there are 36 logic elements or cells.
