Surface Mount is used to mount the RF Transceiver.optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Cut Tape package in this RF Transceiver module.During Transceiver operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C ~ 85°C.In the LARA-R6 family, this part palys an important role in RF Transceiver Module's traget applications.It is possible to supply 2.8V ~ 4.5V volts to the RF Transceiver.RF Transceiver Modules operate with a frequency of 700MHz, 800MHz, 850MHz, 900MHz, 1.7GHz, 1.8GHz, 1.9GHz, 2.1GHz, 2.6GHz Hz.
