L9369

Description

The L9369 is designed for electric parking braking applications and can be used in cable-puller or Motor Gear Unit configurations (MGU).

The cores are two H-bridge driver stages that drive eight external FETs for the brake actuators on the back wheels. The stages are completely driven and adjustable via SPI, as well as PWM control mode and overcurrent protection, with drain-source and gate-source voltages being monitored.

Fully differential amplifiers with programmable and exact gain and low offset, as well as 10 ADC sigma-delta modulators, are used to acquire synchronized motor voltages and currents.

Two HS/LS stages with variable output voltage and feedforward control are present to drive LED arrays.

To obtain position feedback from braking actuators, two Motor Speed Sensor interfaces (MSS) are available (shared with the Lamp driver stage and GPIO).

Four GPIO (General Purpose I/O) pins and a button interface round out the collection of interfaces, allowing customers to control unique customer requirements from the Electronic Parking Braking (EPB) button panel in both Normal and Sleep Mode.
