L3751PUR Overview
Using the MouseReel package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Transistor Driver output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ). In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz ~ 1MHz. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 800 mV to 60 V volts. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 1.8 mAA of quiescent current. An increase in reliability can be achieved by using a DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency of 100 kHz to 1 MHz. In normal circumstances, 2 mA are the output current of DC DC switching regulator.
