The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in FCBGA. 1GHz is the frequency of the CPU. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 105°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. There is only 1 core in this processor. Ideally, the CPU will operate at 1GHz MHz. Micro processors can be used from 1.2V.
