KM68LC302CAF16CT Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 100-LQFP. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 8/16-Bit cores and 1 Core 8/16-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. M683xx is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a M68000 processor. It has DRAM RAM controllers. A GCI, IDL, ISDN, NMSI, PCM, SCPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
