KA78L05AZTF Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component.
