JAN1N5290-1 Overview
Package Bulk includes buck boost converter.oltage regulator is packaged in such a way that DO-204AA, DO-7, Axial would understand.There is a Through Hole mounted on this current regulator.As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed -65°C~175°C.Current regulator is possible to use a voltage input of 100V Max for the input.Computers and other communication constant current regulators use 2 pins, which are pronged contacts.There is a Through Hole mounting bracket on the back of this current regulator.Taking into account the output current of 470μA, it is able to provide maximum design flexibility for the designer.As a result, it allows 100V to be supplied with its maximum voltage.An example of this type of FPGA is the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/463 series.
