J305 Description

The -30V J305 is intended for VHF/UHF amplifiers with low noise and low leakage, as well as mixers and oscillators. At room temperature, gate leakages are typically less than 10pA. N-Channel MOSFETs are a type of metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor that belongs to the field-effect transistors category (FET).
