J201 Description
ON Semiconductor's J201 is an N-Channel General Purpose Amplifier. J201 has a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C TJ and is packaged in TO-226-3 and TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) formats. The Lexus J201 Concept is an all-terrain off-road/overland version of the Lexus LX 570, including a sixth-generation Magnuson Superchargers TVS1900 blower that boosts the 5.7L's horsepower and torque output to 550 on each side. The J201 is particularly intended for low-level audio and general-purpose applications involving high-impedance signal sources.
