IXDI414CI Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its TO-220-5 package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 5 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*414.The mount method is Through Hole.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 3 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 14A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 2W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 35V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.The basis for the development of this project is based on 5 terminals.
