ISO5851QDWQ1 Description
The ISO5851-Q1 is a 2.5-A source and 5-A sink current, reinforced isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs with 5.7-kVRMS. the input side is in action from a single 3-V source up to 5.5-V. The supply range on the output side is minimum 15 V to maximum 30 V. The output state of the gate driver is managed by two complimentary CMOS inputs. The output stage is accurately controlled thanks to the short propagation time of only 76 ns.
