ISL91302BIIZ-TR5931 Overview
The space-saving 54-UFBGA, WLCSP package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 or 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2MHz~6MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 20A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. By using the 2V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
