ISL91132IIQZ-T Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 16-UFBGA, WLCSP packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Programmable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. 2.5MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.35V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3.15V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.8A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.8A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.4V. 5V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily.
