ISL91132IIOZ-T Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.5MHz. The output current of 1.8A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 3.15V at least. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 5V. Voltage regulator consumes 45μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. It supports a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.35V. This DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 5.4V input voltage at its maxium.
