ISL85415FRZ-TKR5194 Overview
For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C ~ 125°C (TA) should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz, 300kHz ~ 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage.
